The website’s role

Manchester Plumbing is an enquiry and introduction service. It does not, through this website, accept a plumbing booking, provide a response-time guarantee, quote a binding price or claim that a provider has accepted a job.

Your enquiry

You must provide accurate contact and job information and have authority to request work at the property. A submission is a request for contact only. Do not use the form where there is an immediate threat to life or safety.

Independent providers

Any provider that contacts you operates independently. Before agreeing work, confirm the provider’s identity, insurance where relevant, scope, price, timing and required qualifications. Gas work must be carried out by an appropriately Gas Safe registered engineer.

Agreement for work

Any contract for inspection, labour, parts or other services is between you and the provider. Ask for important terms in writing and do not assume that information on this website forms part of the provider’s quotation.

Website information
